To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

OPPA韓國燒肉店一間正宗韓國燒烤店OPPA,餐廳位於九龍旺角洗衣街117號建煌華廈地下,餐廳裝修以韓國燒烤店風格為主,牆身七彩塗鴉,橙色鐵桶當櫈和橙色電油桶當枱腳,好有特式,好似置身於韓國燒烤店的感覺,餐廳主打韓式燒烤,不停播放強勁k-pop,,服務員招呼殷勤有禮。韓式燒烤前菜有泡菜,大豆芽菜,紫菜和酸蘿蔔,服務員開爐即時倒入有泡菜粒嘅蛋漿製作泡菜蛋,泡菜蛋食落有嫩滑香濃蛋味。牛氣沖天和牛拼盤拼盤內有澳洲和牛舌,澳洲和牛頸肉,日本A4上腦肉,美國上肩胛肉,美國下肩胛,日本A4背峰肉,美國牛小排,日本A4牛肉眼 1++,韓牛肉眼眼,份量真不少,配有韓式醬汁和生菜,拼盤和牛肥瘦均勻,肉色粉紅清析,牛舌比較深紅,經過鐵板燒烤,牛味撲鼻,肉質嫩滑,點埋醬汁泡菜和生菜,口感好滿足。韓式部隊Shake Shake 飯飯內有泡菜,紫菜,洋蔥,午餐肉,芝麻,香蔥和雞蛋,服務員提醒食之前撈勻飯內嘅食材,材料豐富,啖啖飯都有多種食材和味道在口腔內亂竄,食到嘴舐舐。飲品有蜜桃椰果玄米茶和青檸提子梳打。
