To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間明星冰室位於旺角西洋菜南街 107號地下,A1出口步行4分鐘就到。聽朋友講呢度常餐出名好食,平日都要排長龍,星期六日就特別多大陸人。可能係明星效應,餐廳其中一個老闆就是E02成員,所以周圍都放了明星的合照和簽名。不過始終係傳統茶記,你就要預咗要快點快食快走,所以亦都唔需要等好耐就有位。我點了火腿湯粉,雞湯濃,煎雙蛋夠熱辣辣,牛油多士大火,夠厚加埋少少燶底。可以轉叉燒和意粉,不過始終環境比較窄,食意粉的動作會比食通粉用匙羹較大。值得一讚凍檸茶是用凍鐵杯裝,夏天會有種清涼透心的感覺,很好。有機會一定會再去。
