To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環lunch hour 人山人海，好多時都會到上環食，上環選擇仲比較多。今日同朋友去咗麵尊食車仔麵,中午時間設有最低消費38蚊，其實叫三個餸就已經可以達標。我點咗咖哩魚蛋，五香牛腩，紅腸米粉。朋友就點咗五香肉丁，咖哩魚蛋，雞翼，白蘿蔔米粉。話咁快，熱辣辣香噴噴嘅麵就到了，五香牛腩睇落唔似牛腩，食落去就嘩咗一聲。。。好淋好入味呀！咖哩魚蛋有點失色，紅腸厚切，正！再同朋友交換咗少少餸試下，白蘿蔔好夠淋又無根，又有蘿蔔嘅清甜，絕對唔係浸糖水嗰啲！呢個車仔麵店牆上貼上唔同明星都嚟食過，果然有返咁上下水準！平靚正！
