雖然星星熱潮已漸漸減弱,但在熱潮帶領下的美食--炸雞啤酒,仍在港流行,隨街可見炸雞店,不時見到韓星的宣傳海報。今天跟朋友選擇了一間樓上的烤雞店。朋友要了一杯菊花蜜特飲,用一個很大的杯子盛着,味道清新芳香,帶有啖啖的菊花及蜜糖香氣,令喉頭感到舒暢極了。我要了一杯 Hite Rita ,將韓國啤酒用倒漏的方法注入杯中,混合杯子裏的梳打,味道有別於一般啤酒。先來一客紫菜卷芝士波波拼盤,用紫菜包着韓式粉絲而成的紫菜卷,雖然沒有了肉的香味,卻多了一份清新,多吃了也不會太膩。芝士波波用的是較硬身的芝士,不似軟芝士的絲絲纏纏,口感一般,薯條炸得香脆,保留了薯仔的香,不錯。主菜當然要招牌的韓式炸雞,一上臺,急不及待的試試。用炸的方法烹調,時間控制很重要,時間控制得好,能鎖着肉汁,所以能保持雞肉的鮮嫩,做到外脆內滑,再配合酸甜醬,酸酸甜甜、嫩嫩滑滑,香香脆脆,恰到好處。 這個魚串湯鍋味道清甜,豆腐嫩滑,蔬菜健康,加入韓式魚串和滑滑豚肉,剛好能中和炸物的油膩感。如果嫌味道太淡,加入韓式辣醬,又有另一番風味。
