好耐無出街叫餸食飯,朋友嚟過呢間「 品粵居 」飲茶,今次就約埋我嚟試吓晚飯時段。見報道有五星酒店前主廚坐陣,主打精緻粵菜,令我有點期待。**茶芥 $15/位***白飯 $15*餐廳地方唔大,但有落地玻璃感覺開揚,環境整潔乾淨、光線充足。另外都有幾間VIP房。茶壺有火溫熱住,可以一直有熱茶飲,貼心。啲小菜每款都係一百蚊左右,仲有晚市除寶$298/$368,都幾抵食。《 椒鹽金磚滑豆腐 $58 》開胃叫呢個唔錯,香口薄脆嘅外層配上內裡香滑嘅豆腐,蘸上淮鹽/喼汁更提味~《 鎮江排骨 $138 》唔止骨肉都多,好嫩腍,香濃入味,即刻叫碗飯先!《 鮮百合蜜豆炒淮山 $98 》清甜爽口~《 石岐燒乳鴿 $68 》瘦瘦的,但皮脆肉嫩,兩人一隻剛好。《 薑汁千層糕 $28 》呢個即蒸需時,請提早提醒店員準備。真係有好多層,睇得出用心製作。薑味加上煙韌口感,有水準~呢度啲食客都會食到打烊,所以完全唔會催促食客,感覺舒服。
