腦細作東,豈可草草了事,一於到米芝蓮一星中菜廳萬豪金殿飲茶午同,做一做追星族之餘,順便顯一顯氣派。食物未上,先來一杯歡迎茶。老實說,小人實在喝不出是甚麼茶來,總之有點甜,味道不差。海苔合桃很是酥脆,合桃焗得超好食,主要是甜甜的,又夠酥脆。與鹹香的海苔配合得相得益彰。商務午餐先上點心拼盤:分別為蝦餃、叉燒酥及羊肚菌素餃。蝦餃皮薄帶黏性蝦肉足料 ; 燒酥焗到外皮酥脆,餡料香濃 ; 至於羊肚菌素餃則用作清一清味蕾。喝完都不知道內容為何物的老火湯,極之順喉。北海道刺身級元貝勁大粒,外層燒香配以燒汁味道清新鹹甜之間取待平衡,內層呈半熟狀態,口感嫩滑。鮑魚烹煮得夠腍夠入味,可以很輕易咬一半,配超級厚肉花菇,蠔汁更是發揮得淋漓盡致。麵食乃蝦腰雲勝魚湯稻庭麵,當中我最喜歡的是這豌魚湯,鮮甜濃郁得來,更是層次豐富,除了魚的鮮甜之外,更夾雜了蝦與肉的鹹香,實在找不到要挑剔的地方。桂花糕以及合桃酥都不會過甜,各司其職,做到自己的本份。我們都較喜歡紫米露,滋潤舒服。套餐以外另點的蝦籽柚皮,柚皮極致軟腍入味,水準之作!價錢雖然偏貴,但不論食物、位置、招呼均無負星級食府的名聲,值得再來。
