To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 懶得動的我, 逢星期六日都只會在屋企附近逛逛, 有時還可全日躲在家中, 的確是一名宅女!! 講到要過海? 可免則免, 但今日有點不同, 因參加了一個“香薰文憑課程”講座而需要走到尖沙咀, 既然出得去, 當然覓食。左想右想, 想起元朗人氣永年士多在尖沙咀開了分店, 元朗就很少去, 來到尖沙咀不得不去啦!門面以黑色為主調, 好酷呀! 沿着短短的樓級走上一層, 地方不多, 設有面向街景的高枱單人座和數張二至四人枱, 除了泊牆的座位有得靠背外, 其他也是無背板的椅子, 的確有省點空間, 但其實枱與枱之間的空間也不多, 大家都要坐得親密一點啊! 雖有點狹窄, 但裝潢富心思, 跟一般的車仔麵店不同, 設計時尚, 特別是迷你版的永年士多模型, 很細緻精美; 還有牆上那幅大型黑白線條繪圖, 用心觀看一番, 畫上多種香港特色, 很豐富, 當然不少得畫上自己“永年士多”和招牌車仔麵。多處牆身都鑲上大餐牌和簡介食品的螢幕, 客人在售票處下單後, 便走往隔離排隊領取。最基本是三餸一麵或淨餸三, 加麵底或加餸每份再加錢。粉麵類有五款, 而餸料就分三大類, 十一款經典類、六款素菜類和十三款小食類, 還有多款飲品選

三餸一麵($37)麵底選了米粉、小食系列的流心蛋、經典系列的牛筋 蘿白,還有最重要的秘製咖喱辣汁 就揀了中辣。除三款餸料外,還配些爽甜嫩口的菜心,滿滿一大碗,熱辣辣上枱,散發着香辣味,挺誘人。

先呷一口靈魂,即是車仔麵的湯底,用心熬製的秘制咖喱汁 果然不同,辛辣惹味而不嗆喉,甘香而不膩。米粉 煮得剛好,有咬口,但索湯力不強,故喜歡舀一羹湯放上米粉,大大啖吃,最滋味!

腐乳通菜($25)一向是最佳拍檔,但我就不喜歡把腐乳 完全淋在通菜上,要指定邊上,免得太多而太鹹。通菜 保持色澤翠綠,上層莖部爽口無渣,而下層全是幼嫩的菜葉。只喜歡蘸上少許腐乳,鹹香帶辣,惹味得來又不失通菜的味道,最岩我口味。

抹茶紅豆冰(跟餐$15)又一是被認為的最佳拍檔。紅豆 佔了三分一杯比例,絕不吝嗇,但冰粒也同樣差不多佔三分一。只有淡淡的抹茶味,紅豆味較突出,粒粒飽滿粉腍,啖啖香甜,勝在甜度剛好。其實它咁足料,喝完都半飽,哈!

的確好耐沒有食車仔麵, 起初是抱着跟風的心態去食, 但真係有驚喜喎! 其實點解會叫士多? 究竟是士多? 或是車仔麵? 不過, 無論點都好, 它是給我一碗美味車仔麵的士多。
