收早同屋企人係冰室食餐便飯,我家傳統就係要炒個小菜,配例湯白飯。呢度新開乾淨企理,光猛卡位圓枱都坐得舒服。必須一試:黃金脆皮蝦球。牛油咸蛋黃醬炒到起晒沙,超香,蝦球大粒彈牙裏咗層薄炸脆皮漿,熱辣辣炒起,個脆皮蘸滿金沙醬,真係欲罷不能。XO醬西蘭花炒斑片個汁撈飯好正,斑片新鮮厚切肉質鮮味,細心位:西蘭花有焯過先炒(好多茶記係生炒太硬),另外非常欣賞XO醬汁調味恰到好處,仲加左椒絲同韭黃!西湯中湯足料,仼君選擇。夏日尾聲飲杯「紫醉金迷」,係葉豆花芒果汁菠蘿檸檬特飲,甜甜地幾清新,如果漸層再做靚啲會更開心。
