To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 過了去柴灣探舅舅順便食晚飯,附近只有一個商場,不過裏面都幾多餐廳。這間茶餐廳晚市時除了有多款小菜,全部都是五六十蚊起。金銀蛋肉碎浸時蔬菜心苗翠綠但擀交硬身,但以金銀蛋浸熟,基本上有咸蛋的咸味,都不需要其他調味。清蒸紅鮪套餐包中或西湯,中湯是冬瓜豬骨湯,味道清甜,還有些雞骨香味。晚餐有蒸魚套餐,原條蒸紅鮪,味道比某連鎖酒樓更好味,紅鮪新鮮有魚味,蒸的時間控制極汁准,魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,而且又大條,足夠一家幾口的份量。印尼炒米粉銀絲米粉炒得爽口煙韌,有些叉燒、火腿、芽菜及蝦仁等作配料,十分豐富,味道帶點甜。紅豆冰每次去茶餐廳都必叫,這裡的多豆又腍,有奶香亦不算太甜。
