To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前經過呢間餐廳見到都有啲人排隊，晚市$100有找都可以食到金賞丼飯，仲見到有啲一人鍋物同埋海鮮丼可以揀，好吸引咁。滑蛋吉列豬扒丼呢個係人氣No. 1嘅丼飯，的確佢嘅滑蛋係整得幾好，食落嫩滑，撈飯一流！佢嘅豬扒係厚切，份量好足，炸得好香脆～.鳥開泡菜親子丼另外都嗌多咗個丼，估唔到呢個有驚喜，嗌之前仲有啲驚個泡菜味會太搶太濃，成件事會變咗做泡菜撈飯，但估唔到呢度呢個泡菜嘅濃度啱啱好，又啱啱好咁夠泡菜汁撈飯，食落好惹味！.除咗升級咗做定食之外，都加咗兩款炸物小食，上枱果陣新鮮脆口，應該都係即叫即炸。.雖然之前經過幾次都見到可能要排一陣隊，但係以呢個價錢食到份量咁足，價錢又抵嘅丼物，其實都可以排吓。

滑蛋吉列豬扒丼
呢個係人氣No. 1嘅丼飯，的確佢嘅滑蛋係整得幾好，食落嫩滑，撈飯一流！佢嘅豬扒係厚切，份量好足，炸得好香脆～

鳥開泡菜親子丼
另外都嗌多咗個丼，估唔到呢個有驚喜，嗌之前仲有啲驚個泡菜味會太搶太濃，成件事會變咗做泡菜撈飯，但估唔到呢度呢個泡菜嘅濃度啱啱好，又啱啱好咁夠泡菜汁撈飯，食落好惹味！
