To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去金華冰室竟然唔係食菠蘿油,今次係食乾炒牛河及快餐乾炒牛河合乎水準,我朋友點嘅,但係佢食唔晒,最底嗰幾條佢話太油所以冇食,牛肉有啲乾,食淨左半碟...咁浪費,早知我食埋啦⋯⋯是日快餐係金華豬扒飯,好坦白講,嗰塊豬扒真係好一般,依家出邊間間都厚切豬扒,而金華保持用返舊式豬扒,係一種堅持呀?定係唔識進步呢?但係嗰個西汁真係非常傳統,快餐仲有薯仔蕃茄煲排骨湯,可以話係非常之咸及重味精,依樣亦係傳統冰室不能缺少的特色!下次都係食個菠蘿包穩穩陣陣
