今晚我們喺旺角新寶戲院睇完戲之後去咗隔離嘅「牛精佬海鮮燒味」食晚飯!我們叫咗海鮮3人套餐:老火粉葛湯、薑蔥田鷄煲、啫啫芥蘭煲同清蒸黃皮老虎斑!另加肉碎蠔仔泡飯同蒜蓉大白鱔蒸飯!老火粉葛湯煲得好夠火候,味道好鮮味濃郁!薑蔥田鷄煲嘅田鷄係新鮮即叫即劏,所以肉質非常結實彈牙,加埋薑蔥香味,令到味道更加惹味!啫啫芥蘭煲嘅芥蘭好幼嫩同無根,醬汁嘅味道亦唔會過鹹!清蒸黃皮老虎斑亦都係新鮮即劏,肉質極之嫩滑同鮮味十足!肉碎蠔仔泡飯嘅蠔仔好大隻肥美,材料好足料豐富,味道好鮮甜!蒜蓉大白鱔蒸飯嘅大白鱔肉質相當鮮甜彈牙,蒸飯吸收晒魚肉嘅肉汁,令到蒸飯更加芳香鮮甜!
