To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去到大快活門口見到有十多人排隊,條隊好長,人又多,好奇就入去睇一睇,見到有煲仔菜好抵食,就排埋一份,排左十分鐘左右就到,點了一個胡椒野菌魚煲,朋友就點亞活焗豬排飯,唔洗自己拎,揾位坐定定等食,唔知係唔係即叫即煲呢,都等咗成20分鐘,個煲來了,熱騰騰魚香味撲鼻,有三大件魚排,煮得好入味,有東菇椰菜洋蔥,吸咗啲醬汁魚味好正,白飯有飯味,另外個焗豬排飯啲飯就硬咗小小,塊豬排就細咗,味道都保持到有新鮮蕃茄既味道,都幾好食。
