去完花園街再去食泰菜,大約晚上7:30,店舖已爆滿,越坐越多人,我們食完後,已不好意思坐太耐😅。食物方面,泰味特別濃,問回服務員、原來請了新泰廚,所以和以前的泰廚,兩者風格和味道都有不同,但泰菜本人覺得,濃味醬汁先好食「泰式生蝦」新鮮肉爽甜,配上泰廚秘制醬,提升味蕾刺激感「泰式檸檬酸辣鰽魚」推介食品:魚夠滑, 泰式汁浸魚,汁和青檸浸入魚身,酸酸、微辣、帶有青檸香,但記得條魚快食,因青檸浸太久會變苦「炸雞軟骨」雖然粉醬多左少少,但好香脆,又不太乾「泰式雜錦併盆」雞腎、墨丸、司華力腸配上至愛沙嗲醬,未食都口水流「泰式奶茶」又香又滑,但一定偏甜少少,因正宗泰式奶茶是偏甜,未試過的朋友可以試下「泰式燒魷魚」燒得不錯,不太勒
