To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天相約朋友在屯門見面,閒談間不經不覺又到了晚飯的時間,朋友說不若吃完晚飯才走,途經屯門時代廣場的稻香正在做一蚊雞特價,雖然已有很多食客在等位,但朋友都說要試一吓, 等了二十多分鐘終於可以入店坐下。先叫了今次的主角特價一蚊雞來嘗試一吓,在等待的期間已陸陸續續見到不停有很多燒雞推出來,可見受歡迎的程度應該很高 。終於輪到我們點的燒雞上枱了,首先見到雞的外表賣相都十分吸引,燒得皮薄且色澤金黃,散發著陣陣的燒雞香味,再加上熱氣騰騰。馬上剪下雞腿放入口中,果然和外表見的一樣,雞肉皮脆肉滑,雞肉不會太老和過乾的感覺,而且整隻雞的醃味恰到好處,不會有過鹹或過淡的感覺。另外再來一個是香蒜雞粒炒飯,炒飯的賣相亦炒得金黃色,米飯炒得很乾身粒粒分明;只是因為剛才已經吃了燒雞的關係,飯中的雞粒就相對顯得沒什麼味道了,但整碟飯的份量卻很足夠,兩個人都吃不完。綜觀今次的晚飯菜式和價錢,正價比都十分之高,是一次不錯的睌飯。
