To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

交完貨時間尚早, 就搵個地方落腳, 一早的一田未開, 就去對面的 Delifrance 食個西人早餐先, 晨早人少少, 地方多, 可以靜靜嘆下早餐咁多年個餐牌都冇咩大改動, 幾時會有新選擇呢?叫左個烤雞粟米及煎蛋磨菇湯長通粉, 再加多杯mocha, 四十幾蚊, 可以接受通粉份量好多, 基本上食唔哂, 雞湯還可以, 雞扒都叫嫩滑, 不過通粉有點硬Delifrance d 咖啡一向幾啱胃口, 尤其是Mocha, 基本上一定會叫佢的
