To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久以前，就覺得自己與 天際萬豪酒店 特別的有緣；早在2013年已開始來參加歡樂親子聖誕午餐，之後數年都有來參加聖誕亮燈儀式；事實上，每年來到天際萬豪酒店參加聖誕亮燈儀式，接著為靚媽預慶生日，已經成為比米芝蓮更重要的盛事了！ 聖誕亮燈儀式其實也是一場熱鬧的派對，備有豐富的美食甚至是抽獎要節，大家都玩的很盡興！活動後除了在酒店大堂充滿氣氛的聖誕小屋中合照留念，更重要是一起擦餐勁！經商討今年不打算兜遠，再次返兜天際咖啡廳。 天際咖啡廳 除了供應豐富自助餐，也有提供散點的國際餐單，中、西、亞洲風味的美食都可以吃等到。時間8點多，沒有在 buffet table 拍照了，總之最大的亮點是生蠔、長腳蟹任食，刺身的選擇也非常新鮮又誘人；最後就是早午晚的自助餐都有中式點心供應！ 在自助餐以外，我們又散點了份量頗巨的海南雞飯，以及用料十足海鮮意粉一起共享，加倍飽足又滿足！ 坦白說，在聖誕亮燈儀式派對上，我已經吃到半飽；晚上再這麼一搞，很快就爆標... 所以只抽了少量甜品來試味，最讚估不到是楊枝甘露，此外朱古力心太軟、蘆薈清酒啫喱也好吃～ 飯後還有一個壓軸甜蜜驚喜，就是來自 Paperstone

飯後還有一個壓軸甜蜜驚喜，就是來自 Paperstone 的美味特濃朱古力紅莓蛋糕：這款蛋糕早幾天與妹妹吃過，朱古力小專家表示非常滿意，這天帶來一起分享，大家也讚不絕口！祝可愛的靚媽生日快樂！身體健康！永遠美麗！囡囡聽教聽話，升小、學業種種順順利利～有空再飲茶交流吧！
