心血來潮又想飲燉湯,記得曹公坊入面有間小店係主打燉湯,就決定走去試試。招牌壹盅湯($78,叫主食加配燉湯可減$12,即是$66)鮑魚花膠螺片燉雞,燉盅幾大碗,而且湯料幾足,湯亦清唔油膩,味道微甜但唔太濃郁。本來仲想要埋燉魚頭,但賣哂。菠蘿生炒骨($55)即叫即制,裡面炸排骨仍脆,少骨頭,外層醬汁酸甜適中,整體味道不錯。配白飯一碗。鮑汁荷葉福建籠仔飯($65)味道比較普通,唯一個人覺得幾好係個飯底幾乾身唔會濕淋淋。PS:嚴重扣分位,店內好嘈。噪音疑似由廚房機器不斷發出,成餐冇停過(over 30 mins)。因為太嘈,店內員工交談要加大聲線,結果更嘈。食得唔太舒服。
