To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己不嬲食完正餐都中意食個甜品，星期六晚食完九記，見到正正對面有間好舊式嘅糖水舖，買左3個甜品番屋企，連外賣盒共$66。自己買左個熱鮮奶燉蛋$24打開果陣有少少失望，因為佢好流質😵，好彩下面果D係豆花質地再水少少，但都成型嘅，食落都幾滑，不過就甜左D。荔茸椰汁西米露 $21其實已經十月，芋頭當造，價錢唔係好貴架咋，但呢個糖水完全無荔茸，一條芋頭嘅紫色毛都唔見，根本就係椰汁加西米，貨不對版。熱香草綠豆沙 $21呢碗根本唔係綠豆沙，佢係綠豆蓉湯！！我明嘅，磨蓉左可以煲短D時間，慳番D煤氣費，但好難食囉…..又稀又水🤢我最近買綠豆$16一斤姐，洗唔洗咁慳皮?! 其實小店咁做，真係好難有回頭客…😔
