樸一拉麵都算係一間比較新開嘅拉麵店,喺餐廳林立嘅旺角通菜街開業只有大概半年嘅時間💛 凍冰冰嘅時候就會想食返碗熱辣辣嘅拉麵,月頭嘅時候就同朋友嚟咗呢到食返碗拉麵🍜 餐牌上面可以揀嘅湯底都算多,連埋期間限定嘅湯底,足足有7款🤤 然後仲有幾多部分十可以由客人自選嘅項目,包括湯底嘅濃淡度、叉燒、配菜、拉麵種類及軟硬度,可以配合返唔同人嘅口味,但就同專注做一兩款拉麵嘅傳統日式拉麵店比較唔同~ •🥢 海老濃湯拉麵 $90 呢碗海老濃湯拉麵就係我叫嘅,配咗東京麵,即係黃色嗰款拉麵,再揀咗厚燒叉燒,仲加咗$23轉特上配料(下面再詳細講)🤤 其實本身海老拉麵都會有大量櫻花蝦 +1隻蝦,加埋晒其他配料,成碗拉麵睇落超級豐富😍個蝦濃湯真係飲過最濃嘅蝦湯之一🏆 非常之有驚喜!拉麵上嘅蝦就生熟啱啱好,再用火槍輕輕燒咗蝦嘅表面,增加咗啲焦香🤤 厚燒叉燒雖然只有一塊,但真係又厚又大塊,比我手掌心仲要大😳 食落肥瘦均稱,好有油香🤤•🥢 蟹膏濃湯拉麵 $92呢個蟹膏濃湯拉麵係朋友叫嘅,就揀咗博多麵 (白麵)同埋厚燒叉燒~叉燒上面仲有隻細蟹鉗、一堆蟹柳絲、有少少蟹膏,同埋支匙羹上仲有啲「油」,撈勻落湯到就帶出淡淡哋嘅蟹鮮

呢個蟹膏濃湯拉麵係朋友叫嘅,就揀咗博多麵 (白麵)同埋厚燒叉燒~叉燒上面仲有隻細蟹鉗、一堆蟹柳絲、有少少蟹膏,同埋支匙羹上仲有啲「油」,撈勻落湯到就帶出淡淡哋嘅蟹鮮味~ 都幾正,但比起蝦湯就無咁驚豔喇😛

🥢 特上配料 +$23
食拉麵梗係要配溏心蛋!如果拉麵無包,我都一定會加隻溏心蛋😛 本身都係諗住加$13要隻溏心蛋就算,但見到呢個「特上配料」只係多$10就有埋1片慢煮叉燒+2塊紫菜,比單叫一隻溏心蛋抵食所以就叫咗,而且仲可以試試埋佢哋嘅慢煮叉燒𠻹! 溏心蛋好入味,但稍為熟咗少少🤏🏼 而慢煮叉燒就雖然睇落好乾,但食落都幾腍,而且都有啲肉香👍🏼

🥢 黑松露炸蝦 $28
身為黑松露控嘅朋友,當然一見到有黑松露嘅嘢食就叫咗嚟試!🤣 不過啲黑松露醬就有啲少,炸粉都比較厚,但入面嘅炸蝦生熟啱啱好😳 口感仲幾彈牙!所以都食得過嘅😚
