To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Pecan Pie HK$38在金鐘無所事事, 想找個地方坐坐。想來想去, 忽然想起很久沒有去的Dolce88, 就起行了。本來想吃件蛋糕, 在廚櫃之內見到有港式opera, 細問之下知道是奶茶口味, 實在深感興趣。只是想下單的檔兒, 忽然看見一旁竟然訣放著一個pecan pie, 馬上就改變心意了。店員著我先到外面坐, pie馬上會送過來。沒想到只是買一件餅也有如此好服務, 真不愧是酒店cake shop呢。但更好的在後頭, 連pecan pie 送上的是一杯暖暖的溫水 - 怕且是店員見我沒有點咖啡, 竟是體貼如斯!這件pecan pie 薄薄的, 略嫌糖膏的部分有點先粘口, 甜度也有點略高, 但無損果仁的香口, 很不錯。但比起我在美國會所吃的那塊還是差得遠。Cappuccino HK$38吃完Pecan pie 還是覺得意猶未盡, 又回到店內買一杯cappuccino。在暖暖的冬日陽光下閒閒地坐了近一小時, 真是人生一大快事哪!
