天寒地凍最岩打邊爐了,曾經到內地旅行食過鴨湯鍋好回味果種特別既味道,原來香港都有好味既鴨湯鍋食餐廳位於佐敦,都幾方便!多款醬料自選店員推介呢個金撈富貴老鴨湯,入面有老鴨,蟲草花,素翅,杞子等材料,香氣撲鼻!我地先飲湯先,之後再加點其他火鍋料打邊爐!用老鴨炖煮既湯味道好香,鴨味香濃,仲有蘿蔔既清甜,好好飲!鴨肉雖然經長時間炖煮,但肉質一點都不"鞋",未開始放料打邊爐已差不多食哂半隻鴨了打之前點左個香口小食,蒜香三文魚骨,炸蒜粒非常香口!與三文魚骨同起好惹味,送酒一流神祕手打丸,當中既墨魚奶黃丸,墨魚芝士丸都有餡架,真係要小心燙咀!墨魚奶黃丸真係第一次見,創意十足!墨丸係手打,好彈牙,中間有奶黃流心,甜甜地,估唔到又幾好味!薯粉打邊爐就最岩,吸哂啲鴨湯精華,好好味呀!鵝腸頭,口感厚實爽脆,仲要係新鮮架,所特別爽口,通常火鍋店食到都係急凍貨色,所以呢個激讚叫到一枱都係,今餐非常滿足,食完暖笠笠回家去lu
