To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新一年,當然要吃一個靚早餐補充能量。😋打電話到店舖,店員說只需15分鐘就可以自取。😆介紹番,我點的是雞扒流心蛋米線。我比較欣賞的是外賣的設計,因為它是一個碗分湯的,變相米線不易因為浸湯而發脹,又不容易吸乾水。整個米線湯是偏淡,不會太口渴,雞扒很嫩,流心蛋也很流心,處理得恰到好處。😋至於熱檸水方面,它用了一個具有設計的杯子,賞心悅目。🥰不過它並不是用新鮮檸檬,而是已榨好的檸檬水,好處是不會因為檸檬的苦澀味令檸水變苦,但壞處就比一般檸水偏酸。😣整體來說,也是值得推薦的。👍🏻

我比較欣賞的是外賣的設計,
因為它是一個碗分湯的,
變相米線不易因為浸湯而發脹,
又不容易吸乾水。
整個米線湯是偏淡,
不會太口渴,
雞扒很嫩,
流心蛋也很流心,
處理得恰到好處。😋

至於熱檸水方面,
它用了一個具有設計的杯子,

不過它並不是用新鮮檸檬,
而是已榨好的檸檬水,
好處是不會因為檸檬的苦澀味令檸水變苦,
