To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去,叫咗個招牌車仔麵菜底,嚟到見外表正常同張相冇分別,但食落先發現暗藏殺機。首先豬皮同豬腸,有陣內臟臭味,我食開內臟都接受到,只係估唔到豬皮都有。然後係羅白,只批了第一層皮,但保留住大量纖維厚厚嘅內皮層,識煮野都知羅白要批多機層先走晒全部皮。好彩佢煮得夠腍,都可入口。仲有啲魚蛋,硬身細粒之餘,竟然有腥味!都唔知應該讚佢足料定點。但真正大佬係個菜底。首先佢寫係菜芯苗,但嚟到係大大棵嘅成熟菜芯。而且佢好明顯冇洗,中間食到大大粒黑色嘅沙。最慘係,我食到中途條脷麻痹,感覺似我以前買過啲超平價大陸菜,或者類似小棠菜嗰啲有深入罅位難洗清農藥既感覺。寫到而家,離食完已經45分鐘,條脷仲痺痺地......
