To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 出開中環,突然夜晚晚餐想搵點心食,原來IFC下面有間添好運,就過咗嚟食。餐廳遊客比較多,七八點嚟到,好彩唔使等位就有得入座。豉油皇炒麵麵質乾爽,食落好有鑊氣,配料有芽菜、蔥段、洋蔥同埋芝麻,整體份量少咗啲,一個人食未必夠飽。精瑩鮮蝦餃蝦餃中間有蝦粒,蝦肉爽口,未至於覺得特別新鮮,整體皮薄,唯獨係細粒咗少少,整體還可以鮮蝦燒賣皇質素還好嘅燒賣,蝦肉同埋豬肉打得比較腍冇係嗰陣爽口嘅感覺,唔算好大粒,不過不失煎蛋牛肉飯牛肉係蒸牛肉餅,食落入味,質地細滑唔嘞,蒸飯嘅飯粒分明,有少少咬口,配埋蒸飯甜豉油香口又好食蠔皇鮮竹卷鮮竹卷都幾大件,一疊有三件,醬汁做得幾好食,整體唔錯豬頸肉撈粗麵醬汁稍為有啲淡味,燒豬頸肉燒得幾香口同入味,份量唔多,另外附上清湯,清湯都算濃味。好少見地原來呢度有冷泡茶,大熱天時飲冷泡茶真係好舒服,我哋叫咗白桃烏龍,飲落濃度啱啱好,有清新嘅白桃香同淡然既烏龍茶香,非常清新。
