To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身唔係成日食潮州菜，食過紅磡嗰一兩間，但今次嚟到和昌，第一次覺得潮州菜原來咁好食！😍今晚2人食叫咗三道菜：1）魚露浸花蛤 - 啲花蛤啖啖肉，魚露浸唔會太咸，但又帶啲鮮味，食到停唔到口👍🏻 推薦指數：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟2）鵝三味 （鵝肉、鵝肝、鵝腸）·鵝肉好好食，佢醃得唔會太鹹·鵝腸佢竟然係清曬裏面嘅肥脂肪，超級好！啱晒我呢啲唔鍾意食太肥嘅腸嘅人💯· 鵝肝係估唔到嘅好！因為平日好快怕內臟嗰啲腥+苦澀味，但係佢呢個完全冇，仲滑到好似食緊膏咁，用嚟送鵝肉鵝腸係一流！💛佢仲有啲豆腐喺底係精粹🤤好滑好啱用嚟送啲肉推薦指數：🌟🌟🌟🌟鵝腸係冇咩膏㗎！👍🏻3）煎蠔餅 炸得啱啱好，喺我食過最唔油嘅蠔餅！唔厚粉，都幾多蠔仔，同埋唔會咸，不錯～推薦指數：🌟🌟🌟🌟最後試左個幾特別嘅傳統潮州甜品-綠豆爽，味道ok嘅，係啲好似啫喱嘅比較特別🤣真係好睇本身個人鍾唔鍾意食🤣
