To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我食大快活既咖哩魚柳飯已經食左好多年了。 由以前既香煎魚柳到今時今日既為左節省成本既炸魚柳全部食過哂。 以前又香又好味既香煎魚柳我吾再講,現在我只係想講,大快活既招牌飯餐就係咖哩系列。為左節省成本,將香煎魚柳換成炸魚柳, 睇上去好似魚柳大塊左,抵食左,但其實咁樣配味道差左好多,但飯餐價錢不減反升。由以前中午至晚餐都供應,變成現在只有中午才供應,到咁落去一個招牌菜好快就吾再存在,客源一定再再跌落去。 幸好咖哩汁仍維持水準,否則我以後都不會再食大快活。
