雲南風味館,是店名,但我同朋友都講風味館,雲南二字省卻。從讀ive到現在已十年了,以前一直都是一對夫婦經營,最近已轉手,接手的是年青人我都是之前再去食才知道轉手,老夫婦亦未有機會再見到呢間米線店,最好食係炸醬我今日去叫的是韭菜餃米線加雞肉,炸醬另上,麻辣小辣加罐可樂,埋單$47未轉手之前呢佢冇呢一張order紙,係就咁落單,忽然用紙圈我反而不習慣佢嘅湯底呢有炸醬、麻辣、酸菜或酸辣我通常都會炸醬同麻辣一齊叫,所以呢一樣要好小心,你落單之前呢你同佢講定先炸醬同麻辣都要但係炸醬一定要另上秘技黎以前老夫婦經營嗰陣呢我覺得好食啲㗎。可能係印象加感情分啦但係轉左手呢我食過兩次包括今次,首先個湯係比較淡啲,同埋個麻辣唔夠辣,我圈左麻辣小辣但係佢俾咗微辣我。呢一碟炸醬表面好似好核突冇乜特別。但係佢係我心目中絕對係香港第一!而家轉左手呢炸醬好似個肥豬肉比例係少咗啲,現在瘦肉太多冇咗嗰種油香但味道依然依舊。你夾一注米線然後將啲炸醬放在線上面然後一齊放入口,那種滋味真係正可能啱啱開舖,入面好熱,一路食一路標汗以前呢佢一卷一卷紙巾啦會放喺枱上面嘅但係而家佢收埋咗但係你問佢呢佢依然都會俾你嘅
