To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢幾個月去過沙田、 淘大、 新蒲崗同鑽石山嘅元氣， 最好食要算係呢一間。 沙田在偉華中心店已經keep唔到之前喺沙田中心嘅水準， 淘大嗰間好似食緊隔夜飯， 服務完成日掛住打牙骹 ，不知所謂。 尋日去鑽石山呢一間買外賣，拎到返屋企已係40分鐘後，但都仲覺得好新鮮好好食 ，芥末八爪魚份量好足、吞拿魚腩、黃帝蟹棒壽司、黑椒蠔壽司、黑椒蝦壽司、連紫菜同飯都有種新鮮嘅感覺。 服務員好有耐性同友善， 只係隨便問下佢點樣參加抽獎，佢已好主動咁樣想幫我操作手機，值得一讚。 朋友話呢間高速線係新開嘅，下次要入店試吓。
