To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺香港未食過咁脆底同足料嘅鍋貼&生煎包。睇完網上片段介紹，特登搭叮叮入去北角，夜晚八點去食。我叫咗生煎包、鍋貼、小雲吞同埋小籠包。鍋貼同生煎包唔使等小雲吞同小籠包要等五至10分鐘。夜晚八點，出面有得坐，雖然係街邊，但其實好乾淨好舒服。生煎包同鍋貼個底超級脆，從來冇食過咁脆㗎生煎包同鍋貼。而個餡係多汁同鮮味嘅， $10，3個真係好抵。小籠包同小餛吞都ok，但就無生煎包同鍋貼咁驚為天人。臨走嘅時候再叫多咗一份鍋貼同生煎包外賣。一路食，一路都不停有人買外賣，所以食材非常新鮮！
