To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上網見到好似幾好食， 隔離都有間食酸菜魚嘅， 但佢好似正宗啲就揀咗佢， 午餐幾抵， 滿心歡喜叫咗一個回鍋肉， 一個酸菜魚， 服務態度唔好呢啲冇所謂， 都係啲新移民姐姐， 最緊要啲嘢好食正宗。回鍋肉乾到癲， 應該改名叫回鍋肉乾， 肉又少。 講埋酸菜魚先， 唔知點解舊舊都勁多骨， 老人家小朋友實食唔到， 仲要畀埋勁多魚尾魚骨位。成煲嘢，魚片得幾舊。 仲要舊舊都超多細骨， 根本冇嘢食落肚， 食完完全唔飽， 味道都唔算好差嘅， 但係有啲搵笨。 以後都唔會去
