難得前幾晚與娘娘打邊爐談天說地👭🏻,梗係要去佢主場將軍澳啦~我哋嚟到“彩興來來火鍋”,同娘娘食飯點都要補一補身,先嚟個黃金雞湯(材料有花膠、蟲草花、半隻雞及鮮淮山)就最好不過😉😉。黃金雞湯是由職員當面炒熟材料,再加入高湯,煲大約5分鐘就可以飲到啖靚雞湯😋😋。雞肉嫩滑,花膠淋身而不硬,蟲草花同鮮淮山都ok,啖湯好清甜,很不錯👏🏻👏🏻。今次不能牛魔王上身,因娘娘不吃牛🐮🙅🏻‍♀️,唯有戒下少牛啦~😜食咗半雞都飽了一半,我哋叫了特色火鍋料,有一打12粒4款口味的手打爆漿丸、二人愛的炸魚皮及黑松露鮮蝦餃子。最驚喜是手打爆漿丸,有四款口味,粒粒新奇,味道仲好過癮。我最喜歡鮮蝦柚子爆漿丸,蝦味已經好足,真材實料,咬到中間流心爆出清甜的柚子蜜味,十分新穎。整體上味道很好,我哋仲一路食一路睇延禧攻略😎😎,打完邊爐仲食埋甜品添😊😊,我哋二人十分滿足。
