To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲桂香以前返學成日食，今日路過忍唔住要止止啲米線癮😜🌠小窩米線湯底有酸辣、麻酸辣，而辣度有大、中、小辣，今次揀咗麻酸小辣，最鐘意雲桂香嘅酸辣有麻辣酸香，食落有啲麻痹嘅感覺，咀唇帶微麻，好正！腩肉經醃製帶微辣味，好夠味，豬紅細嫩爽滑，真係好正！🌠熱伴米線份量真係超多，揀中辣，辣中微嗆，鐘意熱伴係因為麻辣更濃郁，腐皮非常掛汁，食落辣度更強，非常過癮！ 豬大腸經鹵水過好入味，大腸冇乜肥膏，口感好有嚼勁🌠凍朱古力食麻辣米線配凍朱古力絕對一流，朱古力帶甜夠凍，熱麻與凍朱配合真係好完美😆
