To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

壽司店隨街都係，不過價錢平既唔好食，真係好食既就好貴，所以講到中規中矩就非元氣莫屬，價錢同質素都算成正比，係淘大商場就有一間，比起德福廣場果間，呢間人流就少d，所以等位都唔使咁耐。兩個人坐迴轉都好快有位。食壽司點少得麵豉湯，個人認為點都有d熱野落下肚會舒服d。每次必點既手卷，起碼包住既果塊紫菜真係脆既，而且有紫菜味，而且材料充足，食到最底都仲有蟹子仲有好鍾意既辣味三文魚，辣味啱啱好，幾惹味壽司一如以往水準，刺身都係好新鮮，好味
