今晚放工去了黃大仙中心食飯,在樓上行完現具店後就到樓下這間平時另一最愛嘅地方食飯,這裡主打就係上海菜,當然要食個外皮上半鬆軟下半香脆,上半部白嫩有嚼勁,底部則要煎至金黃焦酥配上多汁內餡嘅生煎包酸辣湯雲吞,酸辣湯配上大大粒雲吞,湯底夠酸和帶點辣,夠晒刺激味蕾十分過癮蔥爆牛仔肉,牛肉口感軟嫩,又能帶著濃濃的蔥香,加上份量十足排骨擔擔麵,具少辣、少麻和帶少少酸和混上花生碎的橙紅厚身的麵湯,味道和口感別樹一幟,令人回味無窮。配上一塊厚切生炸的排骨。 份量與口感非常滿足。黃金炒飯,以鹹蛋黃加上大蝦同牛肉粒炒,口感乾爽、飯粒分明、香氣充足,入口還帶點鹹蛋黃濃香
