To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最愛嘅土匪差咗🥲

呢間平時經過都見到人手好明顯不足夠，今次我到咗店舖，明明見到入邊有位，但係個票號又顯示仲有4個先到我，門口又有好多人企咗喺度，於是令我覺得啲人真係等緊入去。等咗差唔多10幾分鐘，個三哥姐姐先同我講原來係冇人等緊堂食…可能佢有印象我拎過票，所以就直接問我係唔係一位入嚟食…真係又愛又恨🥲🥲🥲愛，當然係幾記得我有撳過票；恨，再一次證明人手真係非常不足夠，令我嘥咗10幾分鐘。去三哥一定要食墨丸，所以就叫咗兩份墨丸加一份雞肉，麻辣小辣，再加細土匪。雖然我有一年冇食，但係好肯定土肥雞翼嘅質素差咗..1.細隻咗（而且每隻大細都唔一樣，差距好極端，影相可能影得唔清楚，但係厚度係差好遠）2.d味好似死味（好強烈嘅味精，冇以前咁真實，當然我都有一年無食，印象可能有啲分別）米線🍜都仲算係保持一貫水準，只係感覺小辣好似唔算太辣…希望只係我食辣既程度勁咗吧…而唔係佢哋偷工減料🥲⋯⋯（之前食開5小辣）。
