去上水陳六記當然係為咗佢嘅懷舊菜啦。六大招牌菜今晚叫了兩樣,始終得2個人食唔到咁多樣野。鐵板釀鯪魚係必叫的,因為呢D功夫懐舊菜衣家出面好少地方食得到,另一樣就要喺炭燒五層樓同鬼馬焗魚腸二選一,最後揀咗邪惡D嘅焗魚腸。鐵板釀鯪魚好似西餐廳食鐵板餐咁喺你面前淋汁,啫啫聲好鬼正。攪碎鯪魚肉釀返入鯪魚身入面再炸,D功夫多到呢。鬼馬焗魚腸味道唔鯹,不過就食唔到一舊舊嘅油炸鬼,同埋入面比較濕,還可以啦。另外仲叫咗個金銀蛋菠菜,不過D菠菜似乎唔係好靚。
