To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇去堅尼地城嗰頭，去開就好掛住誠記嘅沙嗲豬扒麵，臨走之前特登去朝聖，買返個外賣返屋企食一如既往，基本上所有嘅餸菜同埋粉面都係百搭，餐牌上面冇嘅你都可以自己配搭，搭完姐姐會同你講幾錢沙嗲豬扒時菜通粉$35去誠記食嘢唔叫沙嗲同冇食過誠記冇分別，佢個沙嗲湯底濃郁到無人有，陣陣花甜香，系出邊系食唔到ga!!!!!豬扒炸到好酥脆，Fatbrown 唔係好鍾意食麵包糠嗰種炸粉呢個豬扒係淨係沾左生粉，酥脆酥脆，加咗時菜，絕對唔係平時嘅三、兩條，個份量食到你唔想食真心推介，黎到西環一定要食誠記

去誠記食嘢唔叫沙嗲同冇食過誠記冇分別，佢個沙嗲湯底濃郁到無人有，陣陣花甜香，系出邊系食唔到ga!!!!!
