To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次到訪尖沙咀的牛角Buffet，裝修和旺角分店有點不同，整體燈光較暗，但每枱會有獨立的射燈照著烤爐，整體燈光感覺像一些有情調的西餐廳呢😆星期五下午一點半到達，不用等位，即時可入座。自助吧有不少可自行領取的食品，例如前菜﹑果汁機﹑汽水機﹑咖啡機﹑軟雪糕機﹑甜品櫃﹑味噌湯﹑關東煮及自製牛角飯的位置，目不暇給🤩自助吧的前菜衛生做得不錯，有獨立小盤及用保鮮紙封好👍🏼特別的是有一個個膠樽裝起沙律菜，裡面的沙律菜新鮮爽脆，還有芝士粒🧀可以自行在旁邊加入胡麻醬或凱撒沙律醬，然後扭緊瓶蓋再搖勻，便能讓醬料平均沾滿沙律菜😇食物均用保鮮紙包好，前菜泡菜及青瓜味道正常。燒烤單品除了肉類外，還有牛油本菇和粟米粒等，先烤來吃吃﹑熱熱身💪🏼吃牛角一定要自製滿滿的牛角飯配燒肉吃！🍚主角當然是各式牛肉，我們今次吃的是LV.2特撰牛放題(早割)，到訪的日子是週五，所以即使早割價錢仍是稍貴一點，未加一前是$338💰牛舌包住滿滿的麻油長蔥粒，口感大滿足，而且牛舌質素很好，不停encore呢！🤤另外推薦王樣！腹胸肉，一共有兩款口味，較推薦「鹽味牛油」，牛油香氣與牛肉的香味混和一起，加上腹胸肉的肉質軟嫰，和牛舌一樣enco
