To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下午午市時間嚟到中環“豚王”，真係好好彩唔使等位，直接入小店內就坐，點餐準備開餐！豚王已光顧了很多次，但最喜歡都是中環這店，店鋪小小有著日本的風味，拉麵的湯底有限定、黑王、赤王、翠王、豚王，最喜歡都是“黑王”，濃濃的黑色湯底，散發著蔥油的香氣，湯底濃而不膩，配上牛肩肉，肉質新鮮豐富，再加上我最愛的溏心日本蛋，令人食不停口。真係好好鍾意食豚王的溏心蛋，雖然$17一隻，但每次都要食，對於我唔係咁鍾意食蛋既人都覺得美味非常，既有蛋香又唔帶腥味，外軟內流心，蛋黃香甜可口，日本蛋真係好食，加上煮得恰到好處，帶出溏心蛋的美味可口
