To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從小到大都覺得大家樂的焗豬扒飯是第一名的!很久沒有吃過了,所以這次又來回味一番!其實這多年來,大家樂的一哥焗豬扒飯已經過多次改良配方,但茄汁味道仍然是那樣令我充滿童年回憶的味道,而現在最新版本的一哥焗豬扒飯,豬扒是厚切的啖啖肉而且肉質juicy也很滑,還加了厚厚的芝士在上面,炒飯底仍是充滿蛋香粒粒分明,真心欣賞大家樂一直能夠保持這美味的水準!追加了一份例湯,木瓜煲唐排湯老實說,眾多快餐店之中,我覺得大家樂的例湯是最好喝的,而且材料十足,充滿住家老火湯的感覺呢!
