To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都好掛住ikea既肉丸，咁岩係觀塘行街，就去megabox個ikea食晚飯。一入到ikea cafe，坐無虛席，好多人，好迫。然後，推住架餐盤車去買野食。今次，一共食三樣野，分別係最愛既肉丸，西冷牛扒同埋凍蝦。肉丸呢家樣，ikea既撚手小菜，都唔需要特別講，一個字，好好食！到塊西冷啦，唔好睇佢好似好大塊，其實你淨係食到佢既五分之三，因為其餘果d 全部都係根呀，脂肪呀咁樣。唔係我唔想食呀，係我切唔開條根呀，條根仲un過香口膠，扣分！好，到凍蝦啦。唔知點解，隻隻蝦個肚仔都係好多蝦籽係到，可能我係ikea cafe新手，無乜點成日食啦，唔係好接受到。  但係咁既價錢，d 蝦又唔係差，幾抵食既。到野飲方面，就簡左汽水，7蚊任飲。但可能太多人既關係，汽水部既同事可能忙得滯，搞錯左。竟然凍檸茶有氣，但百事無氣。下次飲果汁應該穩陣dOverall, 肉丸係可以食30粒既，其他試下就ok啦。
