To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最愛自助餐

今日係我地男朋友既紀念日，所以我地就特登去到平時都比較少去既屯門..黎到黃金海岸酒店食自助餐。呢到既環境真係好靚，如果住下層仲可以對住個海景用餐。可惜因為過節關係..實在係好full..我地只應夠全喺上一層，其實坐上一層環境都唔係差..只係拎食物就比較辛苦..因為大部分既食飯都喺下層拎既。呢間自助餐餐廳食物種類都幾好，但刺生就較少，對中意食日本野既人黎講可能就唔多選擇喇。而且佢有個特別之處..當晚侍應話我地知有兩個不同時段都會有一啲不同既食物，例如7點會有green salad, 8點就有另一啲特別口味既意粉。對於中意食熟食既我真係完全冇得挑剔。仲有幾張不同銀行既信用卡都有85折。$5xx一位都算抵食！
