To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我朋友做完運動後便去了元朗千色店後的譚仔三哥米線食我最喜愛的米線。一坐低就有位！我地一行三人點三碗大米線。我在湯底方面選了麻辣三小辣，因為自己本身不太食得辣。在餸方面，我點了腩肉和墨丸。另外叫了一杯凍奶茶。大大碗的米線來到了，金黃色的湯面上包含了一些辣油看起來非常吸引。首先說說米線吧！米線很有口感，令人不能停止咀嚼。半肥瘦的腩肉比例好好，份量不少，亦很香。而墨丸則很有鮮味。我對這一餐很滿意，唯一缺點是椅子不太舒服和較矮。下次再來！
