To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

😎九龍灣德福商場 茶木😎好掛住茶木嘅雪糕麵包𥖁，特登同朋友約嚟食。晚餐時段有晚餐揀，加$32升級套餐，有飲品都有甜品。呢次因為想食麵包𥖁，就單點咗一客茶香三魚湯漬飯，同埋古早牛面頰肉麵。茶香三魚湯漬飯：擺盆好有心機，有一壺茶湯，仲有木魚、脆脆、櫻花蝦，俾我哋自己落落去，好有儀式感。湯嘅味道有好香濃木魚味，三文魚好大塊，煎得香脆，好食。古早牛面頰肉麵：牛頰肉嫩滑軟熟，唔會老，脂肪平均分布，配彈牙麵，湯底香濃，好食。抹茶雪糍流心麻糬麵包𥖁：麵包有蜜糖香味，抹茶雪糕香濃幼滑，麻糬香甜煙韌，百吃不厭！
