To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾年前係尖沙咀返工既時候已經飲開【小黑糖】,記得黑糖同奶蓋都好正。但自從轉工之後好少去厚福街就基本上無飲過啦。最近經過厚福街又有D口渴所以就買左啦。我當然首選佢個小黑糖珍珠厚鮮奶、之後試左新野蜂蜜檸檬綠茶、同荔枝烏龍。 小黑糖珍珠厚鮮奶:選擇左微糖,都有少少甜,不過黑糖珍珠最少得微糖。珍珠好軟,但唔會太霖,黑糖味超重,厚鮮奶非常creamy。推薦 蜂蜜檸檬綠茶:個人建議唔需要少甜或者最多70%糖,檸檬會偏酸。非常清爽,第一下有D似普通蜂蜜綠茶,之後就會飲到檸檬酸味。 荔枝烏龍:半糖都會比較甜,個人建議微糖。非常清爽,烏龍茶味都算濃。
