已不是第一次來到小王,也許是對高雄有一份情結吧,對這台灣二線城市有莫名的偏愛,那牛肉麵的滋味最是讓人難忘。這家小王已光顧多次,每次總是覺得還是牛肉麵最好吃。這次跟老公前來,被他搶先點了我的心頭好半筋牛肉麵,而我就被桌面的台南菜式推廣所吸引,點了台南新竹炒米粉。滷豬手($39)炆得非常軟稔入味,滷香十足,老公十分喜歡。 半筋牛肉麵($58)深茶色的湯底,呷一口是濃濃的肉香,帶點藥材的香氣,味精當亦不可或缺。 扁身白麵非常Q彈有靭性,掛汁力强。牛肉味濃重,炆得稔滑,牛筋更是炆得起膠,鬆化易入口,且件數不少,讓人吃得滿足。台南炒新竹炒米粉($62)為了我的台南情結而點上台南新竹炒米粉,卻是讓人失望的。 新竹米粉爽身度不足,是一早炒好的,也欠了點鑊氣,配料十分大路,肉絲,菜絲,唯一的古早味來自那點點豬油,可惜一點也不香口,吃起來就像尋常茶餐廳炒物,是欠缺誠意之作。一層之隔的莆田做得比這兒好得多。老公最愛朱古力雪香($24),可可粉下得重手,奶味較輕,一貫的台灣飲品濃甜,味道中規中矩吧!而我還是鍾情珍珠奶茶($24+2),這兒的茶味甘濃,不過甜度高了一點。加配的燒仙草比配珍珠來得特别,才只加2元
