To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳價錢算優惠而且又可以食到石鍋飯石鍋牛肉拌飯 68 石鍋非常熱,端上來的時候滋滋聲,聞到超香,調味比較入味,偏甜鹹口,放既醬汁不是辣醬而類似油醋蒜汁,但是整體味道都幾好,鍋巴也很香,石鍋飯剛好很燙,小心進食,容易燙到手一口炸雞烏冬面,53 到左下午茶菜單,下午菜單比較細份但份量還可以唔算太小, 烏冬味道不錯,湯底是好喝,偏清淡,配上炸雞唔錯。 炸雞是涼的,但是能吃起來味道還不錯,雞肉口感挺嫩,炸的外皮也沒有軟掉。 因為石鍋飯剛好很燙,乾脆直接加到石鍋裡,熱一會兒剛好能吃。
