時代進步,而家大部分酒樓叫點心都係用QR Code落單,有時都會懷念點心車,舊式菜式嘅時光❤️最近美心中菜推出咗十四款經典懷舊家庭式手工菜,滿滿回憶嘅味道。先嚟有開胃前菜藤椒魚皮,新鮮魚皮仲有木耳同青瓜粒,配上藤椒同辣油,麻麻辣辣,醒胃🐠
再嚟就有脆炸妙齡鴿,阿女最鍾意嘅乳鴿,而呢度嘅醬油特別甜,阿女食到啜晒手指🕊️👍🏻
主菜方面有一夜情老薑蒸走地雞,先將黃花魚用鹽處理過夜再蒸走地雞,味鮮肉嫩,味道又夾,令人食指大動🐓
仲有五年陳皮煎斑球,煎過嘅斑塊有少少脆,仲有淡淡嘅陳皮香味,份量亦算足夠🎣
蔬菜就有崧子珍菌小南瓜,原個小南瓜配上雜菌,用南瓜汁嚟煮,仲有崧子增加口感🍄呢啲滿滿懷舊味道嘅菜式,同埋屋企人食就啱晒啦!
