To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年可以話係我最鍾意食嘅車仔麵細細個就已經覺得好好食佢個辣汁係好出色的所以我每次食親都會叫小辣呢日我就叫咗魚蛋豬紅牛筋豬腸幼面飲凍奶茶..拎左碗麵埋位諗住食嘅時候先發現佢竟然冇俾豬腸我😱😱明明我最鍾意食嘅就係豬腸點解係要比少左佢bor😖所以我厚住面皮 拎埋碗麵去廚房要佢比番我廚房個姐姐check 左收據之後就比番我了.呢間野好多人食所以佢哋都好忙比你漏咗一啲都唔出奇所以大家記得一定要check清楚齊唔齊餸呀.個豬腸真係必食的洗得乾淨冇異味而且滷得入味睇相都知唔會有太多肥膏所以我每次都會叫呢個餸.佢哋用嘅魚蛋係陳皮魚蛋細細粒又彈牙比起一般的炸魚蛋呢隻配車仔麵真係一流.牛筋呢我諗我下次就唔會再叫了唔係話佢唔好食只係我覺得佢同車仔面ge湯底有啲唔甲牛筋都係配番潮州粉麵湯底好啲.豬紅又係好食的唔會一夾就散.下次再黎食過🙈
